We are open from Monday to Thursday from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm by appointment only.

Our office is closed for clients visits on Fridays. Due to a recent conversion to digital processing of Immigration as well as Service Canada applications, our office has decided to adapt to our new, digital environment and its challenges. Our main goal is to provide the highest quality service to our clients thus, we would like to dedicate Friday to focus on online work. No meetings are accepted on Fridays, all emails and calls will be returned on Mondays, unless there is an emergency situation, which requires to be addressed right away.

Nasze biuro nie przyjmuje klientow w piątki. Z uwagi na ostatnie przekształcenia na procesowanie online zarówno aplikacji imigracyjnych jak i aplikacji Service Canada, nasze biuro zdecydowało sie zaadoptować do naszego nowego, cyfrowego środowiska i jego wyzwań. Nasz główny cel to zapewnienie najwyższej jakości usług dla naszych klientów, dlatego też chcemy zarezerwować piątki na skupienie się na pracy w portalach online. Spotkania z klientami nie będą umawiane w piątki, na wszystkie emaile i telefony odpowiemy w poniedzialek, za wyjątkiem sytuacji nagłych, awaryjnych, które wymagają natychmiastowej reakcji.
